ICT Technician (Mobile)

Salary range £22,911 – £26,317 per annum
37 hours per week (permanent) – whole year position

John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust (JTMAT) is looking to appoint a mobile ICT Technician to work under the direction and guidance of the Strategic Network Manager to assist with administrative processes and support ICT across the Trust.

This is an exciting time to join the JTMAT ICT Team, with 16 education establishments, incorporating infant, primary and secondary phases as well as a teaching school and a research school. The Trust continues to grow with two new build primary free schools opening in 2022 in the Burton and Lichfield area. ICT will continue to play a vital role in driving improvement and efficiencies across the Trust – this is an opportunity to help shape and be part of that journey.

The successful candidate should have good up to date technical knowledge and experience in the use of ICT equipment and applications, have good communication skills and be capable of working independently.  It is essential that the successful candidate has access to a car on a daily basis for which travel expenses will be paid. The post holder will be required to visit a number of our schools on a rota basis together with undertaking work within the Trust Head Office.
