Welcome
TO THE MOSLEY ACADEMY
We welcome your interest in working at our wonderful school.
The Mosley Academy, Anslow is a popular village primary school in which children thrive because they enjoy school and feel happy, safe and valued. The children develop the confidence, independence and skills they need to be successful learners in a rapidly changing world. The needs of every child is always our prime consideration and we work in close partnership with parents and the whole community.
At The Mosley Academy we educate the “whole” child by personalising each child’s learning experience; and during their time with us the children will enjoy an exciting and enriched creative curriculum, with plenty of opportunities to take part in special events and extra-curricular activities. The children also benefit from the excellent facilities and resources we have in school, as well as our extensive and pleasant outdoor environment.
In our last inspection in May 2014, OFSTED judged us to be outstanding.
The report highlights “Pupil’s behaviour is exemplary;” “Pupils of all ages make rapid and sustained progress;” “There is a very strong team spirit where all staff strive to do their best for all pupils;” and that “The school has a very high level of active support from parents that is fundamental in helping pupils to excel.” We continuously strive to improve on these outcomes.
Working at The Mosley Academy is a fantastic opportunity. You will be well-supported as part of an excellent staff team. CPD of the highest quality and opportunities to collaborate in the JTMAT are available to all staff.
All children, staff and parents strive to fulfil our motto, ‘Be the
best that you can be!’ Mosley really is a special place to be.
